Gites

The Gites at Les Touches are renovated outbuildings (Barn, Stable, and Wine Cellar) in the grounds of our 16th Century Manior where we live.  They are situated on a hill top two kilometers outside the village of Concourson Sur Layon amidst vines, sunflowers and maize. Off the main road it provides a tranquil setting so you can enjoy your holiday in safety and comfort. Local Farm animals can include sheep, chickens, and two goats. All watched over by our friendly Border Collie Topsy who especially enjoys playing fetch.

Each Gite has its own private, covered terrace. You can enjoy alfresco meals or simply gaze at the heavens and marvel at the number of stars there are in the unpolluted , clear night sky, sipping a glass of your most recently purchased wine.

Anjou

• Sleeps 6
• Three double bedrooms (2 of the rooms have an option of twin or double bed). All are ensuite.

• Changeover day during the peak season is FRIDAY. Please ask if you would prefer a different day outside of this period

Bonnezeaux

• Sleeps 4
• Double room with ensuite facilities
• Twin or Double room (your option) with separate shower and toilet facilities.
• Fully centrally heated
• Covered Terrace
• Cot and Highchair available upon request.
• Changeover day during the peak season is SATURDAY. Please ask if you would prefer a different day outside of this period

Chenin

• Sleeps 4
• Double room with ensuite facilities
• Twin or Double room (your option) with separate shower and toilet facilities.
• Electric central heating
• Covered Terrace
• Cot and Highchair available upon request.
• Changeover day during the peak season is SATURDAY. Please ask if you would prefer a different day outside of this period

             10% Discount on second and subsequent weeks

Prices are based on a weekly let and are from 4:00 PM on your day of arrival until 10:00 AM on your day of departure.  Part or split weeks maybe possible out of peak season.

Specials for Couples !!

Between September and June a couple can stay in either Bonnezeaux and Chenin for a 20% discount on the advertised price and in July and August they get an automatic 10% discount

Pool

You will love the heated, kidney shaped pool (11m x 7m) with its sliding cover offering near year round swimming whatever the weather. The pool is ideal for beginners to experienced swimmers with a level plateau of 1.2 metres gently sloping to 1.8 metres at its deepest point.

Games Rooms

Do you enjoy table tennis or table football?
If you do (or know someone who does) the games room is the ideal place to visit. This can be an especially good idea on those occasional wet days.

Play Area

There is an unsupervised children’s play area where  children can play on the swings, a slide or in the sand pit.

Laundry Facilities

You have access to our laundry facilities equipped with three washing machines and an outdoor clothes line.

Meal On Arrival

A cold buffet meal can be provided on the day of your arrival at a cost of 15.00 € per person. This will be prepared and placed in your gite for you to enjoy at your leisure.
